Social Capital
By integrating students from diverse educational backgrounds at an earlier age, we enable them to build relationships with peers, free from the divisive labels of 'state-educated' and 'privately-educated'.
Motivation
By presenting students with relatable real-life examples of individuals who have overcome adversity to achieve greatness, we consistently empower and encourage them to pursue their passions.
Employability Skills
Whether through an art workshop or a sports activity afternoon, we equip students with valuable skills that enhance their future employability.
Our initiatives are designed to expand the horizons of primary and secondary students by providing them with inspirational experiences typically beyond their reach. These include opportunities to train with professional athletes, participate in drama workshops led by award-winning directors, and learn drawing techniques from renowned artists.
The young professionals participating in our initiatives effectively bridge the gap between teachers and students, understanding both perspectives. Their position outside the traditional teacher-student hierarchy fosters a trustful and informal environment, encouraging students to more openly share their ideas. Additionally, their relative youth is an asset; being closer in age to the students, they are seen as more relatable and approachable.
